After reading the reviews for this dealership on various sites I was a little wary. There were not many good sales reviews and only a few bad reviews. It's hard now a days to figure out if the complaints on sites I was a little wary. There were not many good sales reviews and only a few bad reviews. It's hard now a days to figure out if the complaints on these review sites are a legit review of an experience or just a rant because someone did not get there way. ( I always read the bad reviews first) So with a little hesitation I ventured on because I could not find anything material in the bad ones and the good ones mean that they must be doing something right, plus the dealership is close by to my home. I dealt with the internet department via email and phone and they were very receptive of my needs and listened well to what mattered to me with out pushy sales tactics. After a few days of gathering information and having my questions answered by Richard. I made an appointment to come in and see the car I had been corresponding about. I came to the dealership and my first impression was that the good as they have a lot of different brands in one place so I was able to "kill two birds with one stone" by looking at two options that I was considering with only one visit. i was greeted by Richard who had assisted me over the phone and his partner Eddie. They were very accommodating to my little dog who was with me and made me feel at home. After a looking at both of the cars and two test drives I decided on a Chevrolet. So far so good, but now it was time to work numbers... (I hate this part). I told them that I wanted the bottom line price and did not want to mess around with the typical dealer "back and forth". Low and behold Eddie came back with a price that was not only aggressive but straight forward and simple. No games and no gimmicks. I told them that I was going to think about it and talk it over with husband. I feared this part... which typically turns into full on pushiness. But, to my surprise the manager came by and greeted me thanked me for coming by and asked if I had any questions or needed anything to show my husband. No pressure and no hassle. I went home that night and checked their price on the internet to make sure i was getting a good deal and my husband and I were both in agreement that it made sense. We went back the next day and made the purchase. It was overall a very good experience and i am glad that i now have the car buying side of the things under control. Update** they gave me a $50 gift card to use on anything in the dealership ( even though I got the low Internet price on the car) and a VIP card that I can use when buying things or doing services that pays me a percentage back to use for stuff. I felt special, but I'm pretty sure that everyone gets it. ;-) More
Got a price quote for Galant from truecar and have a negotiation with them. They ask us go there several times. After we got there, they told us the car we quoted was sold yesterday and begin to selling negotiation with them. They ask us go there several times. After we got there, they told us the car we quoted was sold yesterday and begin to selling a Lancer to us almost at the price of the Galant! And said it is almost the same except the look! Man, it is a compact car, how can it be the same to a Full size sedan! Man, be honest to earn business, if you sold it just do not ask us come, it a waste of both of our time. Do not try to sell the car we do no like to us, we are not idiot! More

Then, they tried to low-ball me by more than 4K on my trade in. I had a Carmax estimate in hand - they said Carmax makes several thousand dollar mistakes all the time. I had the KBB range for my vehicle - they said KBB doesn't buy cars. The appraiser then tried to say that my AC didn't work. I just drove 3 1/2 hours, in July, in Florida to get to them - the AC worked. The salesman, Wilfredo, apologized and said the appraiser was just trying to negotiate. He also said that he checked the value of my trade in on KBB the day before. If they don't value what KBB says, then why did they use it as a first resource? It felt like a real shark-tank. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Very bad experience. More

I have a Kia Soul and a Mitsubishi Galant that I have serviced at the Auto Mall and the quality of work and customer service in the service department is superb. Brian Stahl is knowledgeable, professional and listens to all our service needs. I never feel like I am getting raked over the coals with these guys. If there are discounts, ways to save money or coupons for high end services available Brian makes sure I know about them. What a great way to build customer loyalty. Today I had an oil change and tire rotation and inspection and there were a few things that needed to be brought to my attention. Brian outlined what his concerns were and when I had questions he brought me into the service bay to speak with the techs doing the work. These extremely professional techs outlines specifically what was going on and showed me their concerns so that along with Brian we could plan the best options for the service I needed. I would recommend this service department and staff to anyone looking for a quality dealership that stands behind their work to make sure that the customer is 100% satisfied. More

He was honest about not just how much things would cost me(it actually was less than he told me!), but he was honest about the time it would family.
