The worst car buying experience I have ever had. Took 10 minute for them to locate someone to help us, interesting as 20 employees we just walking around. I had gone to another Mitsubishi Dealer in Kendall, and was not impressed with service nor any of the sales staff. They made me feel that they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. I was greeted immediately by Mr. Thomas Wiggins and almost instantly I felt at ease due to his way of speaking and no pressure buying. He gave me all the information I needed and all my questions were answered. On top of all that, he helped me with the price of the vehicle so I could keep the payment within my budget. That other Kendall Dealer wasn't even attempting to try to help. Mr. Wiggins along with DJ Esteban worked hard to get my deal. I was there to buy a car and they instead got me the car of my wife's dream. I don't know how to thank them but I sure am glad that I went.
