Had set up appt before arriving only to get there to wonder around waiting to find someone to help us. Finally ask where this person was and she had left for lunch. We waiting another hour and finally went to lunch ourselves. When we return we were told car was there and we needed to start paper work. We never seen the car and never even test drove it. After spending another hour filling out paperwork she comes back with some unbelievable numbers. Now we are talking about a Kia.......After I told them I could get better deal another town and started to leave the numbers started to change. This sales person might need to attend more sales classes because you lost a customer to her lack of experience. You would think you would be there for customer and ask the customer what they would be comfortable with as a payment and work with that. I have bought many cars and this is by far the worst experience ever. More

My threshold is 1.5hours in a dealership, that is why I take care of all negotiations in advance. No one in management seemed to think this was a problem - which is probably part of the problem! If it wasn't for my husband's unwillingness to try another day, I would have walked in the first hour. He does not understand delayed gratification - which benefits the dealer. More
