Samantha was absoluteley awesome! Extremely professional and personal at the same time. I decided that it was time to purchase a new car, and after seeing several sporty Kia Optimas pass me by on the roadway, I decided to check it out. After some research, I had a few concerns about steerin after seeing several sporty Kia Optimas pass me by on the roadway, I decided to check it out. After some research, I had a few concerns about steering issues because I read reviews which included gripes about the Kia Optima pulling one way or another. I first contacted a Kia dealer in Broward, but after seeing horrible online reviews, I changed my mind about going there. Then I saw that the reviews for Miami Lakes Auto Mall were stellar, and there were several reviews for Antonius Kyne which were excellent. I called the store and emailed him also, and he immediately called me back. We discussed my concern about the car, and unlike some of the reviews that I read about the explanation given at other dealerships around the country about the Kia's steering (there's a break in period, etc), Toni was very honest in explaining the issue. I made an appointment to meet with him the next morning. When I arrived at Kia, he was there and we got right down to business. He is the most honest car salesman that I have ever dealt with. There was no haggling or pressure involved. He was very cool and friendly and made me feel at home. It was almost like hanging out with an old friend. I appreciate the fact that he was very helpful with me and it was all about what I wanted, not just about selling the car. In the end, I left the dealer with the car that I wanted and I am very satisfied. The reviews about him were absolutely true. He is a great guy, an awesome salesmen, and he is clearly about making the customer experience a pleasant one. So if you are in the market for a new car, Antonius Kyne will get you right. Email him at Antonius.Kyne@miamilakesautomall.com. More
As a first time car buyer, I was a bit hesitant to approach a car dealership. I prepared and did research over a couple of days, narrowing down my choices. I chose Miami Lakes Auto Mall over other M approach a car dealership. I prepared and did research over a couple of days, narrowing down my choices. I chose Miami Lakes Auto Mall over other Mitsubishi dealers based on two things: 1) availability of vehicle I wanted and 2) reviews. There is another Mitsubishi dealership closer to my house but my family had a terrible experience there and did not want to go through the same ordeal. At Miami Lakes Auto Mall, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Each question I had, they were ready to answer. Alejandro was great in listening to what I wanted and never attempted to sell me extras that I didn't need. I felt extremely comfortable and would recommend Alejandro and his staff to friends and family that want a great service in a friendly environment!! (I love my new car!) More

This dealer has been the best experience I have had when it comes to getting a car. The staff was awesome and they offered me a deal that I could not refuse! They care more about their customers than their it comes to getting a car. The staff was awesome and they offered me a deal that I could not refuse! Not sure why this dealership is rated so highly. Perhaps I just got the wrong group of salesmen. My first contact with them was over the Internet. I requested a quote on a Chevy Volt. I was a Perhaps I just got the wrong group of salesmen. My first contact with them was over the Internet. I requested a quote on a Chevy Volt. I was asked for details on what color I wanted, and extra options, which was a good start, but my main concern was whether they were going to match the national lease offer GM was advertising at the time. Instead of providing me with a quote, Mario (who, apparently, handles internet requests) asked me to give him a call. I did, and I asked him if he had gotten my e-mail with my quote request. He claimed he didn't. Once I repeated, over the phone, what I was looking for, he said someone would contact me, shortly, with a quote. Days went by, and no one did. I thought they had given up, so I started moving on to other dealers. After I got a quote from another dealer, I, finally, got an e-mail from Mario saying they would match the GM's national offer and even come in at a lower down payment. He asked me if I could come into the dealership. I figured there was nothing to lose, so I gave them a chance. When I arrived at the dealership, Mario immediately passed me on to Wilberto. It seemed like Wilberto was starting out cold, so everything I already discussed to Mario, I had to repeat over again. So, all the Internet contact was a waste of time. I gave Wilberto the quote I received from the other dealership, mentioned GM's national lease offer, and asked them if they were willing to match it. That was all I wanted to know - a "yes" or "no" answer. After spending an unusually long time trying to locate the car (from the VIN number), Wilberto said the quote I was given from the other dealership must be wrong. It must not include all the taxes and fees. When I stated I was confident it did, Wilberto implied I'd been duped. So, after wasting my time with Wilberto, and having him claim, essentially, the other dealership had lied on their quote and that I was a fool to believe them, I was passed on to Eddy. It was like starting all over again from scratch. Eddy had the quote from the other dealer (which Wilberto had passed on to him), and I explained to Eddy that all I was looking for was a match to GM's national lease offer, and, if they could beat the quote I got from the other dealer, then, all the better. Just like Wilberto, Eddy implied the other dealer had lied and not included all the taxes and fees in the quote. I told him I was confident they did. Eddy gave me the typical car salesman spiel about how, if they match the quote, with all taxes and fees included, they were losing money, and yada, yada, yada. I didn't care to hear the sob story. All I wanted to know was a yes, or no. Could they match it, or beat it, or not? After wasting my time for nearly another hour, Eddy, finally, came back and said they could match the other dealers quote, and even do a tiny bit better, and wanted to make sure I was "completely satisfied" with the deal. I told him no. Most of the experience was a complete waste of time. Mario provided almost no service. Both Wilberto and Eddy had implied I was a fool to believe the quote I received from the other dealer, and I had wasted my time listening to sob stories before we, finally, reached a conclusion. Of course I wasn't satisfied! Eddy, then, said that if I wasn't "completely satisfied" he didn't want to sell me the car. I said, "ok", and walked out. My best recommendation for dealing with Miami Lakes Chevrolet is that, if their internet sales guy doesn't give you any detailed information, and only wants you to stop by the dealership in person, stay away. Unless, of course, you like being called a fool and enjoy listening to the typical car salesman spiel. More
