Since the moment I arrived the dealer,, Alan Kahn was friendly, attentive and very thorough in his explanation of my car needs. He greeted me immediately and asked how he could help. I told him about my friendly, attentive and very thorough in his explanation of my car needs. He greeted me immediately and asked how he could help. I told him about my oil change and he explained how it was important to take care of my 15000 mile service. He answered all questions I had clearly and was very patient with all my questions. He explained how long it would take and called me to let me know when the car was ready. It was an extremely positive experience and I plan to bring my husband's car (also a Kia) in for its service to this location with this dealer. More
