I wanted to buy Mitsubishi Evolution X GSR white from Coconut Creek mitsubishi dealership and was contacted by Miami Lakes auto mall to come see them first. I had explained it would take me 2hrs to drive there and would have to make it quick and simple. I get there, it took me 2hrs before I could get an appraisal on my trade in. When they come back with my appraisal, they offered $8,000 for a 2008 mitsubishi lancer evolution. Are you kidding me? I know what my car is worth I just told you over the phone that I was negotiating with another dealer. And even if I didn't, I could probably rip of the interior of my vehicle and make more than $8000 just on parts! So, I go to a dealer to buy the same car I already have, and they tell me that in 5 years its not even worth 20% of its original value? Great job on selling, you are doing an excellent job. I was so offended by this that I had to walk out of the dealer with the most disappointed face I have always felt. I call the other dealer in coconut creek and they already sold the Evo that they had quoted me on. Anyways, Joseph was a very kind sales man and my offense wasn't by him, it was by the dealer ship it self trying to rip me off even when I drove 2hrs to buy a $35,000 vehicle.
