Liars I live on the west coast by Ft Myers and wanted to purchase a car. After driving 2.5 hours he never met with me even though he said I will be waiting. Then the used car manager that was going to help us was extremely rude. Then they said we can't help you even though Mario told me that they could. I was there about ten minutes before they started lying and telling me completely different stories from what they said on the phone. More
I saw an ad from Miami Lakes Auto mall and called about the vehicle. After some negotiations, we decided on a price. I called the person that was buying my old vehicle and told him he could come and pick u the vehicle. After some negotiations, we decided on a price. I called the person that was buying my old vehicle and told him he could come and pick up my vehicle as I found a new one. The next day the new owner bought my vehicle and I got the paperwork emailed to me for the vehicle at MLAM. There were over $1,200 of "fees" that were never mentioned or discussed in the original conversation, added to the price. I told the salesman that $1,200 in "fees" were not acceptable. The salesman started with the "those are normal fees" pitch. I spoke with the sales manager and was told there was nothing that could be done about the fees. Up to this point, I purchased airfare, sold my vehicle. I called the GM and he stated the best he could do was remove $400 of the fees. I was already too deep to back out and relented. I pick up my $20k vehicle and drive home. One hour into the return trip, the battery dies. I find it hard to believe during the time the dealer had this vehicle, that the battery performed flawlessly with no signs of it about to die. I called the dealer and complained about the battery. In their defense, they did reimburse me for the battery, but why did I have to break down first? Is a $90 battery worth your reputation? It should have been replaced from the start. I come to find out, I truly was fleeced with the "fees". I should not have paid more than $100 tops in additional fees. I am contacting the Fla State Attorney regarding the fees. If you deal with dealer, take a shower afterwards. More

I have never had a positive experience with this service dept. In December we brought our Jeep in for repair, the throttle warning light was on. $2500 later and excuses why the other items we asked to be fi dept. Less than 8 weeks later the light is on and the Jeep is not safe to drive. I phone to speak with the service manager. Rude, arrogant and definitely not listening or caring what I have to say, he tells me I will receive a call from my "service specialist". That was two days ago. NEVER have we had a positive experience with this group of clowns. I've made appointments, driven there only to be told the diesel mechanic was a) off, and the second time, b) being certified. Guess they don't have the intelligence level to call the customers and reschedule. I would never had taken my car back after the first oil change but they have the only Jeep Certified Diesel mechanic in Miami. My 80,000 mile service cost $6500 because the four wheel drive system burnt out less than two weeks later. When my husband took it back in he was told his "wife must have hit something to loosen the screw, and all the oil drained out", the car is trail rated and the wife hit nothing. I LOATHE this place and their shoddy standards of customer care and service. STAY AWAY!!!!! More
I bought at Jeep Cherokee this month from Miami Lakes Auto Mall. I hate buying a new car because of the pressure and the games from dealerships. They gave me a better deal than any dealer without the pressure. I knew I was getting the best deal in South Florida. These people were also nice and respectful of my time. The follow up from Maikell has been outstanding. I honestly feel I got the family discount. I won't ever buy another car from any other dealer. I highly recommend Miami Lakes Auto Mall and ask for Maikell or his manager Victor. You will be so pleased that you did. More
