Not the fastest... But Overall was great! For having the priced negotiated before I got to the dealer... It took 4 hours to get out! LOL Not the best when you have three kids with you! Disappointed!!!!!! I never had to work with a dealer where I had to call so many times to get an answer/call back. I had to try to get in touch with numerous employees t I never had to work with a dealer where I had to call so many times to get an answer/call back. I had to try to get in touch with numerous employees to try to get answers. After purchasing a car at other dealers, the managers would come out to give us a hand shake, others even gave us t-shirts, key chains etc.... , at Miami Mall, the manager did not even come out to thank us for the purchase. Got different answers to my questions, never on same page. They are very disorganized!!!! Their customer service needs a major improvement!!!! Never again!!!!!!! More
