purchse of a 2009 Grand Cherokee On 09/06/2014 I purchased a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The deal was finished late at night and idid not check all the papers provided by the dealer. On 09/06/2014 I purchased a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The deal was finished late at night and idid not check all the papers provided by the dealer. Two days letter I checked the papers and noticed that the amount financed was not correct ( the dealer did not give me the buyer's order as they were suppose to). I called the financing department requesting the buyer's order but they never send it to me. Them I called the general manager Mr.Fred Senra and explained to him that the amount financed was not correct and he said that it was late that he will look into the problem the next day. The next day pass and he did not call. After that, I call him left the message and he never returned my call. To make the story short : They have over charge me $299.00 for glass edging. The glass edging was never discussed on the deal or approved by me and never done on the car. I when back and complaint to finance department and them is when they gave me the official buyer's order. Today 10/14/2014 I have not received the refund check, I have call the finance department and no body answer always the answering machine comes on. I shouldn't be surprise not even the general manager respond so what can you expect from the employees. More
