NO PUSHY SALES My fiancé and I decided to visit the dealership on Labor day to take advantage of sale promotions. Mr. Wiley Wright assisted us throughout the whole p My fiancé and I decided to visit the dealership on Labor day to take advantage of sale promotions. Mr. Wiley Wright assisted us throughout the whole process. He showed us the vehicle and all the features of JEEP CHEROKEE which many sales persons don't take the time to do. Wiley listened to our needs and understood we had a budget. He did not insist and worked with what we had, he came back and was honest and straight forward... he made us an offer and we couldn't accept so we left. We didn't leave because of the service we left because we had limited credit and couldn't make a deal. 15 minutes later I get a phone call from the manager that he was able to work something out. We got the payment we wanted and the car . NO MONEY DOWN. We arrived and no hidden fees the payment was what he said over the phone sat with the finance guy and everything as planned. GREAT EXPERIENCE not lengthy at all and most important you didn't feel pushed by anyone you can tell Mr. Wiley wanted to help us as much as possible. Highly recommended. More

Quicker than usual sales experience I was pleasantly surprised and relieved that the sales process was much quicker and streamlined than I expected. Many years ago, during a new auto pur I was pleasantly surprised and relieved that the sales process was much quicker and streamlined than I expected. Many years ago, during a new auto purchase, it was 10 PM, an hour after that dealer (not Miami Lakes Automall) closed and I was still there waiting on paperwork. Mind you, I had been there since 9 AM. So, I was prepared for another similar lengthy and exhausting experience. Thankfully, this time I was out of the dealer in just two hours. Kudos to Luis Fernandez and the rest of the team at the Kia showroom for being quick and efficient, as well as taking into consideration my budget and negotiating fairly. More

New Vehicle Purchase I custom ordered a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. When I first went in to order, the manager told me that orders were not available to be placed and that they co I custom ordered a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. When I first went in to order, the manager told me that orders were not available to be placed and that they could only help me with the cars on the lot. Only when I told them that I would just go to another dealer to place my order did they budge and let me come in and place an order. The sales manager's knowledge of the product was not what I would expect (I was basically teaching them). While waiting for the vehicle to be built and delivered I never received any communication from the dealer informing me of a status or eta and basically had to fend for myself to get the information. Once the vehicle was delivered, it sat on the lot for three days and I was not notified. I ended up having to call and notify them that I new my car had been delivered and wanted to pick it up. When picking up the car, they didn't begin washing it until all the paperwork was done and this resulted I me having to wait around for another 30-40 minutes for no reason. Also, there were some scratches on the hood (brand new car only 4 miles on the odometer) but my salesman did point these out and promised that they would fix it and they did two days later. They also gave me the car with less than 1/4 of a tank of gas and only when I pointed this out did they fill it up. I must say my salesman Hans Avalos was great and very friendly and we worked out a great deal on the price but the dealership as a whole left me wanting more in terms of organization. I would buy from them again and would recommend them but you must stay on top of things because they won't. Update: So after the original review, I was contacted by my salesman who sincerely apologized on his behalf as well as the dealer's. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and promised they would be addressed by both himself and and the dealership as a whole. I feel that he was very sincere throughout our entire conversation and believe that he will provide excellent service to anyone who comes to buy from him. I have no doubt that he and the dealership will do everything in their power to right any wrongs that may have taken place throughout my car buying experience. I already have proof of this as they immediately fixed the scratch on my hood and took the time to call me after I posted a review (which I thought was fair, factual and positive) to discuss any concerns I had no matter how small. And make no mistake most of my concerns were very minor to me but it seems the dealership took them all very serious. My biggest concern was several scratches on my hood and fender which they fixed immediately and Im sure those scratches were from shipping and not the dealer's fault (still who wants a new car with "fixes" right? Lol). As I said in my original post, I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone (and I have recommended it plenty already) and I have never dealt with a more honest and trasnparent car salesman. I think it is because of him that I feel so comfortable with going back because he was always honest and never tried shady gimmicks other sales people have tried in the past. Ultimately I am very satisfied with my purchase and will look to this dealer and salesman for my future purchases. More

For what it's worth, I really wanted to just buy a used car we could afford in full with cash, but what kind of a man wouldn't at least try to get his wife what she wants. Upon arrival, Dennis Kistman was friendly and welcoming. He showed us the features of the car and took us on a test drive that felt like a field trip. As opposed to the blood xxxxxxx monsters, liars, and cheaters I had encountered in the past, Dennis was forthcoming with information, supportive in negotiating a fair price, and a real pleasure to deal with during such a special time. We were off to the Finance Manager, Carlos Hernandez. Still in shock that I really only had to deal with the necessary two gentleman as opposed to what always seemed to be everybody on the payroll, we proceed. He was patient, helpful, and considerate. Homerun, touchdown, KO in the first round...I offer my strongest recommendation to any and all in the market to value your own time and energy and just come here and ask for them. More
