We had to wait over an hour to sign our bill of sale, even after we paid the car in full and required no financing. In addition, I did not appreciate the fact that a credit report was pulled even though no financing was requested. The response to my inquiry about this issue was that the check we wrote was "too large". As a result, I now have an unnecessary inquiry on my credit report, which tends to lower credit scores. More
