First of all as a single mother it is always intimidating dealing with anything that has to do with cars, mechanics, high pressure salesmen, numbers etc.. I have never bought a new car before and did not think I could qualify because of my lack of good credit.. Upon entering the dealer ship I was greeted by a young man named Steven it was near closing time and I just came to browse to see what I wanted with no intentions of buying. After test driving a couple Small SUVs came the moment of truth and I was sure I was doomed but he insisted we try anyway cause we might get lucky. I took a chance and agreed to his suggestion.. Even though it was after hours he still attended me with the same level of respect and enthusiasm and was so patient with all my fears I began to feel bad for him.. He said don't worry that he would stay with me till I had an approval.. Needles to say Steven and his finance team worked out a deal that I did not believe I could get.. I was shocked that I was approved and driving a new car.. Steven does have special powers to convince someone like me.. Thank you Steven and Kevin you guys made my night I will be sending you some friends to buy from you please do the same for them.. Thanks again I'll be back for that Grand Cherokee next!!! More
