Don't lease they'll treat you horrible Do NOT lease from dodge. They will not help you at all. I was just there Friday to get a "sensor replaced" and get a "leak fixed" on my 2014 Dodge Cha Do NOT lease from dodge. They will not help you at all. I was just there Friday to get a "sensor replaced" and get a "leak fixed" on my 2014 Dodge Charger rt plus and here I am on Sunday with the same issue. Not only is it rainy right now and the traction control and abs system is out but the car also randomly downshifts and stops on i95 in traffic. Which is a huge risk on my life. I called today freaking out telling them what had happened and the manager hung up on me because I told him I couldn't bring the car there in the condition that it is driving. They called my boyfriend saying they will get "all the managers involved" so I can get out of this car and get into another one and so there we went in the super risk of getting in an accident, I knew it was going to be a waste of time. Well I guess the manager was butt hurt by our previous conversation because they expected me to pay 9,000 more ( be upside down) to get into another car. I explained how aventura dodge said 5,000 and not only that I owe 10,000 on the lease and its risking my life at the moment. The manager didn't have the xxxxx to say it to my face and had two people run back and forth to tell me I would have to pay more money for another car. We just left. I'm going through bbb and since it'll be the second time fixing this same issue I just have to wait for the third time and claim Lemon law. And I made sure I told them that if I get in an accident because they half xxx fixed my car, I'll be suing. They're risking my life so they can pocket more money and not help. Worst leasing company ever. They expect you to pay services when I have a paper saying it's all included and then they don't lift a finger to help. Just go to aventura. They'll treat you better.
