WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER How can I start? This has been the worst car buying experience in my entire 30 years on God's green earth. I see the car I like, I contact the dealer How can I start? This has been the worst car buying experience in my entire 30 years on God's green earth. I see the car I like, I contact the dealership, which was quick to call me back within seconds actually and I take a nice long drive from Ft.Lauderdale down to Miami Lakes on a Thursday, September 22nd 2016. When I got there I waited about 10-15 minutes to see the sales woman. She greeted me and was friendly of course because dollar signs were on my forehead I guess. Anyhow, she then tells me that she needs to find the vehicle, "no problem its a dealership with a lot of cars." After about 45 minutes the vehicle was finally found. I test drive the vehicle and I could see that the alignment was extremely of center. I talked to her about getting the car aligned and she said its no problem they can have it done this weekend, get this, at a CERTIFIED BMW CENTER. Remember this please because I sure did. So then the next day my wonderful parents take a drive down there as well. They inspect the car and everything is good, except the problem with the alignment. My father asked about this again and once again they said "we will take the car to the CERTIFIED BMW CENTER that they use, It will be done this weekend." So then Saturday October 24th I return to the dealership to sign all the paper work and finalize everything. Thinking that the alignment was done at a "CERTIFIED BMW CENTER" I was hoping to take the car home that day a beautiful Sunday so I could drop the top and cruise the beach. To my surprise the alignment was still not completed and they told me that they had an appointment on Monday October 26th to have the alignment done at the "CERTIFIED BMW CENTER". I was upset but dealt with the fact that I rather have the alignment done and done RIGHT. The sales woman then tells me that she would call me Monday morning to give me updates about the car alignment. Which anyone with a brain knows an alignment takes about 30 minutes to 2 hours max. So Monday comes around and I don't hear anything from the sales rep. I tried calling her and never got a response. Funny before I put my money in their pocket they would answer and call back immediately. So I didn't hear from the sales woman until 6-7pm that day. She then tells me that they have to take the car tomorrow to get aligned. (SIDE NOTE: WHEN I SPOKE TO THE SALES WOMAN AND HER MANAGER HE TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT DO ALIGNMENTS ON SITE. I CALLED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THEY SAID THEY DO.) More
