DO NOT GO THERE We purchased our Jeep last month from these people... worst decision ever... we were lied to upon arrival. We drove 2 hours because we were told by Pierre, we would get the vehicle for the payment amount we wanted and the term we wanted... we just had to go sign and drive away... after the 2 hour drive, we get a message to ask for Rahan, so we do and are told he’s unavailable and we’re helped by Ernesto... okay, we explain that Pierre told us everything was set, to just come and sign the paperwork... they ask us to sit in the waiting room for the next financial manager to sign the papers with.... we waited for over an hour to get in with her...finally we are in the office to sign documents AND the truth comes out... the term of the payment was not what we had agreed with.... after negotiating, they came close to what we wanted so we went ahead and purchased the Jeep. When signing we told Magela that we had a license plate available for use at DMV, but we couldn’t call DMV to get the license plate number cause it was Friday after closing....so she said not to worry that she would check into it and if we did have it available, they wouldn’t charge the new plate... and she also said that the Jeep should have 2 key sets because it’s a Certified Pre Owned... we leave with only one key, cause they don’t know where the other key is but that she would call us on Saturday, the day after we bought the Jeep, as of today we have NOT heard from her or anyone else at the dealer. We have called numerous times to speak to someone, left messages, emailed management and no one calls/emails back... If I could give negative stars, I would. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! More
