I left Mercedez Benz after 12 years due to their lack of loyalty towards their customers and I want to thank Lázaro Peña from Miami Lakes Auto Mall Jeep for his excellent work, understanding towards what I wanted. He went out of his way to make sure he was well taken care of from start to finish. I would definitely rate it extra stars if possible. I also want to mention the finance man and insurance representative girl for taking the time to explain the financing process and providing excellent service and for improving my insurance policy! In general, all the staff are very nice.
