I live in AZ and wanted to purchase a Kia Telluride AWD. I contacted every dealer here in AZ and no one had aa AWD Telluride in stock and I was told either I could get on their waiting list and maybe one c I contacted every dealer here in AZ and no one had aa AWD Telluride in stock and I was told either I could get on their waiting list and maybe one can be ordered in the next 12 months or their waiting list is closed. I found one in Las Vegas, but they wanted 30% above MSRP. I came across Nowcar which is the online service for Miami Lakes. They said I would be #5 on the waiting list and they would sell me one $2k over MSRP. All things considered it was a good deal and it included free delivery to my front door. The first month I moved up to #3 and the next month it got ordered. It took about 2 months for Kia to build it and deliver it to Miami Lakes. About 10 days later the car was delivered. I have to admit that I was very nervous about ordering it through them, since I could not find any reviews. However, everything went really smoothly. My only suggestion is they need to give a better explanation of how title/registration is handled. I was told it would take up to 60 days, which it did and title/registration/plates and tags arrived. Miami Lakes provided me with FL temporary plates throughout the process. I don't know the exact process, but my best guess is that the car needed to be registered and titled in FL and then transferred to my state . Whenever I had a question, I would email my contacts and I would get a complete response within 24 hours. Everyone was friendly and professional. More
