Overall the dealership isn't bad. However it's been over a month and the title still hasn't been issued for the pre-owned vehicle I bought. Went back in to get a new temporary tag last week. Let me paint you a picture. Walked in and spoke to one person, they sent me to customer service. Went to customer service, they sent me to the finance department. Went to the finance department, only found one person who was walking out of his office. He said that they were in a meeting. He asked if I could wait a few minutes and he'll get back with me. Fast forward to an hour later and I'm still waiting. Until another salesperson asked if I've been helped. I explained what I needed and he tried to assist me. During this time the supposed meeting ended as I seen people walking out all with a gift. Seems the meeting that was happening was their holiday party. I seen the initial finance person walk around talking to other co workers. By the way, he never came back to assist me. The salesperson was actively trying to do someone else's job, which I appreciate. But after sitting for an hour and a half I finally get the temporary tag (which took all but 10 minutes to complete the transaction). If I was told "hey we're having our holiday party now, can you come back in about an hour", I would had no problem doing so. But don't ask me to wait a few minutes and don't even come back to assist me. This all took place during my work day in which I had to take time off. From what I've seen, they are very attentive, jumping through hoops to to get your business. But once they have your money, good luck with getting the minimum service after the fact. Unacceptable. More
