🚨🚨🚨🚨: Deceptive Warranty Practice and No Refund- Avoid this Dealership! I recently purchased a used vehicle at the Mitsubishi and was upsold several extended warranties by the finance manager, Ch Avoid this Dealership! I recently purchased a used vehicle at the Mitsubishi and was upsold several extended warranties by the finance manager, Christopher Yu. Per the contract, I had 30 days to cancel for full refund. I decided to cancel just 7 days after the purchase and emailed Christopher directly as instructed . He responded confirming receipt of my cancellation request, which gave confidence it was handled. A week later (14 days post-purchase), I returned to the dealership to have 2 tires installed that where included in my deal. During that visit, Christopher assured me the refund process was underway and that it would take 4-8 weeks for the funds to be sent back to my lien holder. I trusted his word and waited patientialy. It’s now been over that timeframe, and no refund has ever materialized. I followed several times by email and phone ( which I have documented proof of). I went ahead and emailed the Mitsubishi General Manager for assistance on this matter which he forwarded my email to the Finance director showing proof of when original email was sent. But have gotten no resolution , no updates and accountability. This feels like a deliberate stall tactic to pocket the money from unnecessary warranties they pushed hard during financing. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, think twice about add-ons- especially warranties. Their finance team, and leadership seem more interested in sales that honoring cancellations or customer service. I am considering further action. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Sincerely, Stephen Garcia Below you will find one of the many emails I sent SG From: Stephen Garcia > To: christopher.yu@miamilakesautomall.com › Cc: Aily Garcia > June 10, 2025 at 10:39 AM Cancellation Notice Good morning Chris, I hope you're doing well. As discussed I'm writing to request all service contracts associated with my recent vehicle purchase which is a 2022 Ford F-150 VIN# .M1/ miles- 106,049. Please confirm once this has been processed and let me know if any additional information or documentation is required on my end. And the contract are as follows. 1. Dealer Loyalty Protection. 2. Atlantic Coast Warranty Corp. (Maintenance Service Contracts) 3. Atlantic Coast Warranty Corp. (Combo Service Contract) 4. Towbuster Benefit Agreement. 5. Traceable Theft Protection Benefit Limited Warranty. I will also attach pictures of each contract cover page. Best Regards, Stephen Garcia More
Worse customer service I have experienced parts department hangs up the phone if you get to speak to them they never answer the phone and when they do it’s bad treatment. I always had bad experienc department hangs up the phone if you get to speak to them they never answer the phone and when they do it’s bad treatment. I always had bad experience with this dealer that’s why in the past I ended going to napleton to purchase my dodge viper and my current Ram and I live in Miami Lakes. Since 2020 I have been trying to purchase my Rams module and they tell me it’s in back order in February 15, 2025 I purchased it and I’m still waiting for it the answer is the same back order my guess is the parts only goes to their preference customers if you know what I mean my invoice number is 787845p. The reason I need to fix my truck is so that I can replace it with a new one but Miami Lakes Auto mall don’t think so. If you like to speak to me you can contact me at (786) 486-0445 More

A Masterclass in Deception: My $30,000 Mistake at Miami Lakes Auto Mall If you enjoy being lied to, manipulated, ignored, and ultimately defrauded, you’ll love Miami Lakes Auto Mall. My experience with t Lakes Auto Mall If you enjoy being lied to, manipulated, ignored, and ultimately defrauded, you’ll love Miami Lakes Auto Mall. My experience with this dealership was not merely unpleasant — it was Kafkaesque. I arrived for a scheduled appointment to purchase a specific car. No one knew who I was or why I was there. After considerable confusion, I was informed the car had already been sold — a textbook bait-and-switch. They offered me a different vehicle, which I ended up liking. We negotiated for hours, settled on a price, and I was prepared to finalize the deal — only to be told they “couldn’t release the car today” and I’d need to return the following day. Inconvenient, but not yet unforgivable. That changed the next day, when I returned with a $30,000 cashier’s check. They accepted the check, then promptly disappeared. When the salesperson resurfaced, she informed me there was now an issue with the title, and they couldn’t legally sell me the car after all. No explanation, no apology — just a vague shrug and a warning that it would take months to return my money if I requested a refund. To be clear: they took my money, admitted they could not deliver the product, and refused to return the funds. I was effectively held hostage. I had intended to leave Florida that day. Instead, I was stranded — for four full days — in limbo, lied to repeatedly, and promised things they never intended to honor. At one point, in an effort to contain the situation, a manager promised to cover the costs of my additional lodging and expenses. That, too, was a lie. A meaningless concession offered to placate me in the moment — and later denied entirely. Every day, I returned to the dealership hoping for resolution. Every day, I was met with a new excuse, a new face, and a new fabrication. The staff contradicted one another openly. I was told the car was ready by one employee, and still “under review” by another — within the same hour. No one seemed to know what was going on, or worse, they did and simply didn’t care. On the fourth day, I finally drove away in the car — exhausted, humiliated, and deeply uneasy. Within a week, I was forced to replace all four tires and both batteries — parts so obviously worn out that any competent inspection would have caught them. I doubt one was ever performed. And yet, that was not the end. I spent the next five months calling, texting, and emailing in pursuit of my car’s title and registration. My messages were ignored. My calls went unanswered. When someone did pick up, I was given a new story each time — all of them false. I bought the car in March. I did not receive legal ownership documentation until July. This dealership is not just disorganized. It is deceptive by design. The chaos is not incidental — it’s part of the business model. They rely on confusion, stall tactics, and misinformation to wear customers down, delay accountability, and avoid delivering what they’ve promised. Miami Lakes Auto Mall is a cautionary tale in modern commerce — a vivid reminder that not all theft involves masks and crowbars. Sometimes, it wears a polo shirt and hands you a pen. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Protect your time, your money, and your sanity. Do not step foot inside. More
Everything about buying the vehicle was made easy. They have so many options to choose from. I am thankful to have found mine with this dealership. They have so many options to choose from. I am thankful to have found mine with this dealership. More
When you go to do the financial paper work they blast you with so much music you can’t hear yourself ask questions. If you ask them to lower it they act like you are crazy.
