Let me start of by saying this dealership is an absolute joke. I found them because they have a Jeep Grand Wagoneer that is advertised on cars.com. I am looking to purchase. To start I had to call the deale joke. I found them because they have a Jeep Grand Wagoneer that is advertised on cars.com. I am looking to purchase. To start I had to call the dealership 5 times to get a sell associate to take my call. Three times I was transferred to voicemail and hung up on once. That alone should have raised red flags, and it only gets worse. When I finally got transferred to Alexa, who is the out of state sales associate she was very unprofessional and rude. I stated that I was interested in the Grand Wagoneer they have listed for sell for $58,999 and if it is still available and that was the correct price? I let her know I will be paying cash and have it shipped to my home state. She told me the advertised price is only if I finance with them and have a trade. The final out the door price I was quoted was $65,750!! There is a $2,000 up charge for no trade, and a $2,000 up charge for no financing. Also, in addition there will $1,800 in fees for a grand total of $65,750. That's a long way from the advertised " Manager's Special" price of $58,999!! I noticed that every negative review gets the exact same response ... sad!! If you care about customer service, not getting the run around, and your money, DO NOT shop here. Worst dealership in America. Went in looking for a Chevrolet Tahoe. Looked at 2. First one had a faulty Carfax report that popped up when I was about to sign the contract, statin Went in looking for a Chevrolet Tahoe. Looked at 2. First one had a faulty Carfax report that popped up when I was about to sign the contract, stating it had a rebuilt engine. They still tried selling me the defective vehicle. I refused so they found another one that had low mileage for the year. Went to look at it, the entertainment screen in the back of the passenger seat was smashed like someone’s head crashed into it. They still tried selling me that stating it’s only about $1k to replace it. I should have known from there what kind of people I was dealing with, but I needed a car. They convinced me to look at the Jeep Wagoneer. It was a newer car with low mileage, so I said why not. What did I do? They sold me a lemon with a faulty transmission that they claim can’t be fixed because there is no check engine light showing and they can’t see the problem on their system. I am now stuck with a car that drives like a trash. I went back to see if I can trade it for a new Tahoe that had just arrived on the lot. After they had me sitting in the dealership for hours (losing money and time), we finally came to a deal on the trade and the purchase. But it was getting late and I had to leave to pick someone up from the airport. So I said I would come in the following day to sign all the paperwork (giving them ample time to get the car and paperwork ready). After wasting gas to drive this clunker to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up the new car, the finance manager messed up the deal stating the numbers are off. I know what they were doing. They were trying to squeeze more money out of me. I guess they felt I was an easy mark, but that was going down like that. Now I’m out insurance money, gas money, time that I can never get back and I never got the car. If you value your money, time and peace of mind, don’t do business with this dealership. They are all scammers! More

Was there at Sunday @8:20am cause they open at 9am. Waited until 9:15 when a transporter that moving cars to other location us that was waiting that they don't open on Sundays. I called the service department which the automated answering said that they are closed on Sundays mind you there is a big sign by the gate that say they open at 9 on Sunday. Mind you was the second car there, so I left and went to Homedepot across the street. When I was done there I seen Miami Lakes Auto Mall garage doors where open. I drove over there to be the 10th car waiting and they didn't open the gate until after 10. We were told by a young lady that a car was blocking the lube and they didn't have the key so they were waiting on a fork lift to move the car. Very unprofessional I'm just waiting for my 4 oil free oil changes to be done I'm not coming back over again. I going to GMC on 441 More
