I appreciate the service department at BZ Autos in Nappanee so much! I bought an old Jeep and found out through going to get an oil change some things that needed fixed. I took it back to BZ because o Nappanee so much! I bought an old Jeep and found out through going to get an oil change some things that needed fixed. I took it back to BZ because of the warranty. They went way above just fixing what I was concerned about! They even fixed more! I can’t say enough about how they stood behind the customer in this circumstance! Thank you BZ!!! More
Just had my car in the get repaired for clunking in the drivers front wheel. They replaced the lower font control arms and said it was fixed. As I drove away It still had the clunking going on and they sa drivers front wheel. They replaced the lower font control arms and said it was fixed. As I drove away It still had the clunking going on and they said they can’t get me in for two weeks now. I had already made my appointment to get it repaired and it was not repaired and now I have to wait for two weeks to get it back in? Had they drove the car they would know it was not repaired properly. I feel they over charged me. I have a deductible of $100 and when I go to pay I had an out of pocket expense of$456. Not to happy about that. I will take it back for them to finish the repairs but I will never take it back after this unless the manager get involved and makes things right. The older service guy acted like he really hated his job and he was miserable working there. He would not the person I would have as the face of my service department. Just wanted to update this. I did reach out to the manager there and they did get me back in the next day but they had to order parts to get it fixed. They did fix it correctly this time and the best part they paid for the parts and labor to make things right with me. This is customer service at its finest. They have kept my business by doing this for me to make things right. The managers and the mechanic that worked on the car were very good people and I do truly appreciate them but that older guy at the service counter I’m not a fan of because he acts like it’s a chore to help you. Thanks again to the management to step up and make things right. More

I have purchased many vehicles in my life and have dealt with just as many salesman. The salesman is the face of the dealership and I would highly recommend both John Snyder on the Ford and Dodge side, and Mike Schultz on the Chevy side! Then there is the dealership itself.
