Dealer gad car for over 3 weeks (waiting on parts). I asked them to do maintenance (oil change etc) while they had it. Returned my vehicle without performing maintenance. Could not find out the rattling issue with our 2018 f150 4x4. Was told that it was normal!!! I have another truck with the same engine, and it doesn't sound like that.
