Metter Ford - Service Center

I have been using Metter Ford for 15 years. The technician said he refilled the windshield wiper fluid but this was not the case. I had to refill it when I got it back. DURING THE LAST VISIT I PAID FOR "THE WORKS" PACKAGE. THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT FILL THE WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID RESERVOIR. WITH SOMETHING THIS TRIVIAL OVERLOOKED, I AM WONDERING WHAT MASSIVELY IMPORTANT I THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT FILL THE WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID RESERVOIR. WITH SOMETHING THIS TRIVIAL OVERLOOKED, I AM WONDERING WHAT MASSIVELY IMPORTANT ITEMS (I.E. TIRE ROTATION, TIRE LUGBOLTS, TIRE PRESSURE, REPLACEMENT OF OIL & OIL FILTER, ETC) WAS ALSO OVERLOOKED. I ALSO HAVE AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH THE RADIO AUDIO CUTTING OUT WHEN THE TEMPERATURE OR VOLUME KNOBS ARE ADJUSTED. EACH VISIT I AM TOLD THAT FORD IS AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND HAS NO PLANS AT THE TIME TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEMS. More
