I was originally very disappointed with lack of communication and poor planning by the service department. I called and spoke with Rebecca and she reassured me that she would personally see that t communication and poor planning by the service department. Still had issues with truck after leaving the service area. One concern was fixed, but the other problem was still there once I got home. They showed me the "Ford Connected Service Report" which outlined the exact issue I was having with the PRO trailer assist function. Prior to that dealership visit, I had never heard of that online service that's available at every service center. More
I was very disappointed with my visit. I arrived at 7:40 am for an 8am appointment. My vehicle was the only one in line to be serviced. I left at 10:10. Approximately 6 customers came and I arrived at 7:40 am for an 8am appointment. My vehicle was the only one in line to be serviced. I left at 10:10. Approximately 6 customers came and left during this time. Also, after I returned home, I found that the oil change required notice came on. It continues to come on EVERYTIME that I crank it. Called set up appointment with service dept. manager, gave complete information on vehicle and issue's which were very little, in closing nothing was solved because of being a Dodge product and manager, gave complete information on vehicle and issue's which were very little, in closing nothing was solved because of being a Dodge product and insurances bought with truck at purchase. note: I paid your dealership $92,000.00 for this truck three weeks later i have rear brakes that are sticking after release and was told to take it to a dodge dealership. Can you see how the shoe got past around, why not tell me this when I made this appointment ? More
