I contacted Metter Ford to make sure the vehicle was still available. I was contacted soon after and told it was and that i was invited to come and see it. A few hours later I was at the dealership and still available. I was contacted soon after and told it was and that i was invited to come and see it. A few hours later I was at the dealership and told that the car had been given out as a service loaner. So, I wasted my time after i was told it was on the lot. They should probably have a system that flags a vehicle and not give it out as a service loaner when they just had an availability request that morning. The salesman did say that he would contact me as soon as it was back on the lot. Still waiting 2 weeks later, haven't heard a word. More

I walked into Metter Ford needing to replace a vehicle and wanting to keep the cost equal to the total loss value is received on my old van. It was a long shot and nothing on the lot that day met my crite and wanting to keep the cost equal to the total loss value is received on my old van. It was a long shot and nothing on the lot that day met my criteria. Matt took my number and promised to keep an eye out. Much to my happy surprise, he called a couple of days later with a possible replacement. I was able to test drive the van on Saturday before coming back to buy it on Monday. In the past, I've had the unfortunate experience of dealers calling back with options that were not close to my requests. Matt did a great job of understanding what I needed and working to find it.
