Still had issues with truck after leaving the service area. One concern was fixed, but the other problem was still there once I got home. They showed me the "Ford Connected Service Report" which outlined the exact issue I was having with the PRO trailer assist function. I was very disappointed with my visit. I arrived at 7:40 am for an 8am appointment. My vehicle was the only one in line to be serviced. I left at 10:10. Approximately 6 customers came and I arrived at 7:40 am for an 8am appointment. My vehicle was the only one in line to be serviced. I left at 10:10. Approximately 6 customers came and left during this time. Also, after I returned home, I found that the oil change required notice came on. It continues to come on EVERYTIME that I crank it.
