I was very disappointed with my visit. I arrived at 7:40 am for an 8am appointment. My vehicle was the only one in line to be serviced. I left at 10:10. Approximately 6 customers came and I arrived at 7:40 am for an 8am appointment. My vehicle was the only one in line to be serviced. I left at 10:10. Approximately 6 customers came and left during this time. Also, after I returned home, I found that the oil change required notice came on. It continues to come on EVERYTIME that I crank it. I’m have the service agreement where the car is picked up serviced and returned. On the first oil change a cooling leak developed while the car was driven back to the dealership. Engine shut down because it serviced and returned. On the first oil change a cooling leak developed while the car was driven back to the dealership. Engine shut down because it f overheating. The hose was replaced. The front cover was leaking. That was fixed also. The water pump obviously needed to be removed to repair the oil leak. 2 days after the car was returned a loud noise was coming from the engine compartment. Water pump pulley bolts were backing out. I fixed that. The grill was coming out of the bumper assembly. There was and still is a vibration present.Air bag light would come on intermittently. Notified dealer. It took at least 3 weeks for them to get the car and this was after we called several times. They kept the car for around three weeks. When the car came back grill was fixed, air bag light has not come on. The vibration is still there and the front usb port and power point don’t work. Needless to say my car left with no problems but came back with plenty. More
