Could not find out the rattling issue with our 2018 f150 4x4. Was told that it was normal!!! I have another truck with the same engine, and it doesn't sound like that. I had a great experience from the sales team to the finance department and maintenance department. Metter Ford knows what right looks like and they listen to their customers to match the vehicle to th finance department and maintenance department. I have driven a Ford for well over 30 years. My last vehicle is still in the family at 300,000 and now a beautiful black 2023 limited Explorer is the most advanced safety vehicle that my family has ever owned! Everything is truly BETTER in Metter including the sales and service at Metter Ford, get them to compete with a quote and you will appreciate just how Ford tough the vehicles really are! I purchased my 2023 Limited Explorer, financed at a great rate, with included maintenance for 7 years, 75, 000 miles, all done at Metter Ford, I work at Candler County Hospital so they will drop off and do the service and return it already included in the purchae process of the vehicle in 1 hour flat. I have never been treated with the courtesy and respect and most importantly I am now a Ford VIP at Metter Ford with perks and points! More
