Customer Service is lacking. To begin, what looks like the receptionist was rude and unfriendly. She didn’t bother to answer when we said hello and good morning. Didn’t make eye contact and has no clue as to what a customer is. First impression didn’t go well. Dark hair woman and probably early 30s working on Saturday, December 29th. She needs lessons on how a business works. The car dealer my husband spoke to over the phone never came out of his office to greet us and at least get someone else to help us within the first five minutes of arrival. We waited over 20 minutes walking around before someone helped. The other salesman never bothered although his other customer had left. A greeting goes a long way. The person we dealt with was nice but inexperienced. He could had sold the $28,000 plus truck if he had tried a bit harder. We had more than one option for the purchase. I don’t think they were to eager to do business and why we decided to move on. Don’t ever judge a book by its cover. This dealership and the people working there have a lot to learn. Can’t recommend at this time. More

Horrible Sales Experience I recently tried trading in my F150 for a used Expedition and had a horrible and extremely difficult experience attempting to get this done. Metter sa I recently tried trading in my F150 for a used Expedition and had a horrible and extremely difficult experience attempting to get this done. Metter sales reps and finance reps repeated claim to be a reputable company but made it next to impossible to do business with an out of state credit union. All of which became irrelevant because they incorrectly quoted my trade in value 3 separate times on 3 separate contract quotes and just when everything was taken care of and I was about to take delivery, my sales person Michael claimed the vehicle had been sold to someone else, all to avoid admitting their screw up. I was later explained that the Metter sales team knowingly lied about the availability of the vehicle despite working with a veteran team and then their Finance Manager, Jim, tried to justify it. This is completely unacceptable business behavior not to mention the run around I received for about a month while trying to get this deal done. Know who your sales person is and do your home work because this Ford Dealership knowing lies, misleads and doesnt hold true to their promises. -Joseph Hoolihan Orlando, Florida More

Excellent customer service while buying our new ford fusion I have shopped and many new car dealers in the past. This small town dealer in Metter, Ga definately has better customer service than some of the so I have shopped and many new car dealers in the past.
