The did a great job but need to work on the communication to customers. i understand they have had a big change with the service dept due to some people leaving. Had a 1 o'clock appointment got there 30 minutes early. Was told it would take 45 minutes to do the job....waited 2 hours to be told that the key cutting machine was down and I could reschedule for another Was told it would take 45 minutes to do the job....waited 2 hours to be told that the key cutting machine was down and I could reschedule for another day or buy the key and go to another dealer to get it programed and cut. Then was told they would have to check to see if they had the key....that I waited 2 weeks on before scheduling the appointment. They don't have it together and I will not be dealing with them ever again More
