Do not waste your time going to this dealership. If only I could rate lower than 1 star. I went to look at and purchase a vehicle that they had listed online, took a look at the vehicle and was offered a test drive/take it home for the evening from the Saleswomen. We went into her office to do the Paperwork for the test drive, she said to give her a minute to check with her manager about taking the Vehicle home. As I sat in her office you could hear the manager say, "How old is He" "We can't let him test drive if he isn't going to buy it" "We aren't going to get him Financed". I'm 30 years old and own/have owned more vehicles than most in my life. I ended up leaving on the spot. At the end of the day, I'm not going to beg them to sell me a vehicle and we are talking about a used 2015 $12,450 vehicle that did not need to be financed. Cash sale, Paid out right at the time of purchase. Save yourself the time and energy. If you look young or don't drive into the parking lot driving a 2024 F250 you will be profiled. More

Still had issues with truck after leaving the service area. One concern was fixed, but the other problem was still there once I got home. They showed me the "Ford Connected Service Report" which outlined the exact issue I was having with the PRO trailer assist function. Prior to that dealership visit, I had never heard of that online service that's available at every service center. More

I was very disappointed with my visit. I arrived at 7:40 am for an 8am appointment. My vehicle was the only one in line to be serviced. I left at 10:10. Approximately 6 customers came and I arrived at 7:40 am for an 8am appointment. My vehicle was the only one in line to be serviced. I left at 10:10. Approximately 6 customers came and left during this time. Also, after I returned home, I found that the oil change required notice came on. It continues to come on EVERYTIME that I crank it.
