I was kept at the service center for 8 hours for a fix that should have taken less than an hour. I had an appointment for 8:00 am but didn't arrive until 8:20 am due to the truck having to slow down. that should have taken less than an hour. I know that this service center offers to come pick up the vehicle or give a loaner, however, I was not offered either. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I'm an older woman and that the mechanic was falsely increasing hours. More

I bought a low miles used f150 from Metter Ford (my fifth truck from that family of dealerships), within a couple weeks the truck developed a vibration in the front end. It stayed at the dealership for 5 days only to be told there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I get it back, drive it another month or so, with the noise getting progressively worse, finally take it back to them because at that point there’s no denying a problem. A mechanic rides down the road with me, then gets under the truck to confirm the CV axles are worn out. He says he will get the parts ordered and someone would be calling me that afternoon to schedule the repair. So far I haven’t heard anything from the dealership about repairs. More
