Small nail Slow leak I was having an issue with a tire loosing air. I just stopped in and they jumped on it right away. To find that I had a small nail in my tire. They do a good job on service need to do billing better! I came in for an oil change service manager said he would do the service with ten dollars off they do good service, but when I got home later the bill I came in for an oil change service manager said he would do the service with ten dollars off they do good service, but when I got home later the bill was missing the ten dollars off so I had to call and get a refund. I don’t know who made the mistake the service or billing department but if you tell a customer that has purchased his last two vehicles from you r dealership and brings his vehicles in to your service department you should try and take care of your loyal customers. More

Quick oil change, with tire rotation, and new wipers I came in for an oil change, had a coupon for free tire rotation and new wipers. Was pleased that all the fluids were checked and filled. Fairly quick I came in for an oil change, had a coupon for free tire rotation and new wipers. Was pleased that all the fluids were checked and filled. Fairly quick job, was given hour estimate but it was all done within 45 mins. Only negative was that Tom forgot to remove the plastic on one of the new wipers and I was mid drive when I used them and realized plastic is still there. No big deal, as removal is easy, but it shows that work was not double checked. More
