Engine service Todd Rutherford kept me updated with status of my car repair. He described the situation and the possible scenarios and timeframes. John took me to a technician named Tom, we discussed the issue, came up with a solution and fixed the rear clutch pack by only changing the fluid and adding double the amount of special additive manufacturer recommended. Last time I had to pay $1800.00 for a new clutch pack!!!! More
