Total Lack of Response My significant other brought her 2017 Ford Escape the service department because she recently had the oil changed and it was leaking -- she was told t My significant other brought her 2017 Ford Escape the service department because she recently had the oil changed and it was leaking -- she was told that they could look at the vehicle for 2 weeks -- we took the vehicle to another Ford dealer and they found that the filter was not properly tightened and the cause of the oil leak -- they tightened the filter to specs and added 3 quarts of oil to bring it to full (the car only hold about 4.5 quarts -- if we had not taken the vehicle to the other dealer the engine would have been destroyed from lack of oil -- the service department took NO steps to determine how serious that issue was because had they even looked at the vehicle they would not have let it drive off their lot -- I'm extremely disappointed and wondering why should I take my vehicles here to be serviced -- I will be following up with management because this is NOT acceptable. More

Great Experience with service advisor Todd Excellent customer service. Bluetooth on 2016 Mustang took an expected turn and it could not turn itself back on unless I disconnect the battery. But then car needs to learn itself on engine/fuel mgmt system. Well, I decided to have guys at Metropolitan Ford to fix the bluetooth problem. I did a walk-in and Todd set me up with a morning appointment 2 days later. I dropped the car off and got a shuttle to office. Fix was done by performing a reset on the software/firmware, everything went smoothly and Todd was a great help. No charge because car is under 3 year warranty. No issues, I highly recommend this shop for servicing Ford vehicles. More
Complaint Metropolitan Ford is a huge auto dealer and they do not care about their customers. They do not stand by their recall work. Took them to the BBB and their fancy attorneys wrote up some crap to make them look good and stomp on the little consumer. More
