Avoid this place. I took my mustang for service over a year ago after putting new tires. They changed the lower control arm in the front and did an alignment. Right after getting the car it was pooling to the right. I took the car back and they say, oh we forgot to tight something; but still pooling a little to the right and they say was normal. Looking my tires now the front tires are garbage and when I look the invoice it say my car is 213xxx miles when I just pass 50k after one year and a half. They need to learn how to read first. Avoid this place. More

I’d be very careful about bring your vehicle in for service to this location. I’ve had my oil overfilled by 2 quarts and they said they rotated my tire on more than one occasion when they really didn’t service to this location. The service rep was very rude when questioned about this, like I’d want my tires rotated again??!! I could go on about the bad service here but what’s the point, they just make some BS excuse for their blatant bad quality control. Be very careful people that you’re getting what you pay for at this arrogant dealership! More
We bought a used SUV we got about 10 miles away from dealer ship suv died and oil pressure light came on. Left a message with Mike never got a call to check in or try to help with problem. We where told that they inspect all their vehicles. Also be aware of the breaking safety feature they brag about installing because they care about safety. This is an add on price to vehicles that they don't tell you about until its time to pay. More

Pleasantly surprised!! We are passing through on business and we had a headlight out, so we had to get it replaced. We figured we would bite the bullet and go to a dealership and hope they could get it done today. When we arrived they had 2 service lanes. One for appointments, the other for non-appointments. We pulled into the non-appointment line fully anticipating a long wait. The service advisor, I believe his name was David, asked us what we needed and we told him we had a headlight out. He told us to go to the service dept. and get what we needed and bring it out to them. Ok...never had that happen before... We brought the light out to them after purchasing it and immediately installed it! When the gentleman brought the keys out to us, my husband asked him what we owed and he said nothing, have a nice day! We were floored!! Anywhere else we we would have paid $150+!!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for not taking advantage of customers! More

Within 10 minutes of stopping at Metropolitan Ford, the service guys had removed the console and received the cell phone and we were on our way! Poor Service I just received an interesting e-mail from Metro Ford......."we miss you........you have not been in for awhile" I own a 2014 Ford Escape 4x4 that I I just received an interesting e-mail from Metro Ford......."we miss you........you have not been in for awhile" I own a 2014 Ford Escape 4x4 that I bought new. It started missing when it had about 5000 miles on it. I brought it in to the service desk many times and for this particular problem and many recalls and the mechanics could not find or correct the missing problem When the 36000 bumper to bumper ran out, I brought it back to them because it was still missing occasionally. I thought because I had that problem for so long that they would take care of it.... Suddenly they found the problem, fixed it and charged me about $400, I explained that they had been looking for the problem since I had about 5000 miles on the car and that I thought they should not charge me but they said this was a new problem. I have all the paperwork but do not have proof of the many times I had it in to the service desk and they told me their was no code so they could not do anything but to bring it back when it was missing, I tried that too when it was missing and the mechanic still was unable to fix it I do not remember the employees names that were involved.......there were many. On the other hand Jes at the service counter was unwilling to help and was quite rude with me on the phone. I give Jes 0 stars. If you have to do any service at this dealership I highly recommend talking with Todd. More
