Had Seals/Gaskets Replaced in Engine, NEVER AGAIN! I dealt with Mike in Service he was really nice and seemed to be doing right by my family and I but his Technicians are GARBAGE and every seal and gas I dealt with Mike in Service he was really nice and seemed to be doing right by my family and I but his Technicians are GARBAGE and every seal and gasket they put in needed to be replaced in the first 6 months after service was leaking like a sieve. I own a 2004 Ford Escape and all of their "Technicians" are supposed to "Factory Trained" that is a joke over $2000 down the drain and when I called about it after taking it to another Mechanic to look at it to make sure they told me it had to my fault and they were not responsible for the leaks. Well $1,700 later(Over $400 Cheaper then Metro Ford) at Certified Auto Repair in Spring Park,MN they replaced the seals/gaskets and warrantied their work for 24,000 Miles or 2 years. Now that is service!! Metro Ford lost my business for eternity and I will NEVER Recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy... So Aggravating. More

Ford Edge Steve was wonderful to work with. He is very personable and took the time to show us everything we needed to know about our 2007 Ford Edge. When we re Steve was wonderful to work with. When we realized that our CD player wasn't taking CDs in or out, Steve made sure that he did eveything he could to get it replaced/fixed for us at no charge. The service dept was great in helping get it fixed. All of the employees that we worked with were very friendly. All in all, a great experience! More

Great Deal I had been working with another dealership about leasing a 2014 Ford Edge and when i called Metropolitan Ford they investigated what i was getting quo I had been working with another dealership about leasing a 2014 Ford Edge and when i called Metropolitan Ford they investigated what i was getting quoted and found out I was being quoted a FWD Edge when i wanted AWD. When they got done pricing out the lease for me they were only a few dollars higher than what the other dealership wanted but the biggest difference was Metropolitan Ford was quoting me a 2014 Ford Edge Limited that was absolutely loaded. Well there was no question of who i was going to use. Tony my salesman was really great, he answered any question i had about leasing as i had never leased before. He took all the time i needed to go over all the features of my new Edge and it was well past the dealership closing time when we got through. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.
