It was my 5th Explorer and Marc was fabulous - he knew that I knew what I wanted and he wasn't pushy - like a stereotypical car salesman - he got all the info I needed quickly, searched out options through out the Ford system; got me financing info quickly - that was thorough and easy to understand. He pulled together all my options, costs, etc. and quickly and fairly cut me a very deal for my new 2015 Ford Explorer. It was a very pleasant and easy experience dealing with Marc Navai and Metro - but the best thing about the whole experience was how much time Marc personally spent with me making sure I understood how all of the new systems on my car - especially how all the Sync features worked. Since I am technically challenged, I really appreciated Mark's patience, calm and thorough explanations on how everything worked and his concern that I really did understand all the features. It really topped of my whole great experience in purchasing my new car from Marc and Metro. I have since referred several people to him for new cars. Not to mention the fact that Marc has done post sale calls to make sure everything is all right with my new vehicle. I highly recommend both Marc and Metropolitan Ford. More
