Great Experience with service advisor Todd Excellent customer service. Bluetooth on 2016 Mustang took an expected turn and it could not turn itself back on unless I disconnect the battery. But then car needs to learn itself on engine/fuel mgmt system. Well, I decided to have guys at Metropolitan Ford to fix the bluetooth problem. I did a walk-in and Todd set me up with a morning appointment 2 days later. I dropped the car off and got a shuttle to office. Fix was done by performing a reset on the software/firmware, everything went smoothly and Todd was a great help. No charge because car is under 3 year warranty. No issues, I highly recommend this shop for servicing Ford vehicles. More

Complaint Metropolitan Ford is a huge auto dealer and they do not care about their customers. They do not stand by their recall work. I had initially called before coming down to the dealership, to ask if they still had a certain car (I had seen online) available at their dealership for me to come and look at. The salesperson, I had talked to said the car I was looking to come in and look at had sold but he did mention he had another car (different model/year) but same price range that I was looking for that had came in and was going to be cleaned up etc. The salesperson had said I could come in and look at it if I wanted to. So I did and I ended up liking it. What was even better was he granted me the price he had told me on the phone it would be, despite the car being listed on their website for a higher price (which I thought was great customer service) Overall, I had a great first experience with this dealership & I would definitely recommend checking this dealership out if ever looking for a car.
