Professional, Not Pushy!! After several appointments with car dealers around the metro area over the course of two weeks, the car-shopping fatigue started to set in. The only dealership I could bring myself to return to for multiple visits was Metropolitan Ford in Eden Praire. We had several options around Minneapolis however our returns to Metropolitan were due to a few specific things we weren't seeing at the other dealerships: 1) an entire group of relaxed sales Personnel who allowed us space upon entering the dealership 2) Mike Dixon our sales rep respected our time. Other dealerships tried to tie us up all night with stories and other tactics to wear us down 3) Metropolitan respected our price point and didn't try to push us out of our comfort zone 4) communication were timely, but brief and helpful; Metropolitan will not pester you all day if not interested. 5) It was evident that Mike took the extra effort to ensure the vehicles were in premium condition each time we came to see them. 6) Mike and Paul went above and beyond to educate us on our vehicle more than simply selling us our vehicle Overall, we couldn't be happier with our purchase and would definitely buy or lease future cars from Metropolitan Ford. More
