Average experience On May 26th, we came in to buy a new car. We chose a new Explorer. When we came out to take the car home, (after paperwork was done), we noticed a la On May 26th, we came in to buy a new car. We chose a new Explorer. When we came out to take the car home, (after paperwork was done), we noticed a large dent that was not there previously. Adil was kind enough to give us a rental car while they fixed this mistake they made. We had the rental car for 3 weeks and 2 days. On June 18 we came to finally get our new car. At this time, the dealership had lost the spare set of keys, which would need to be programmed. We had to come in for another trip to the dealership to make this happen. More
