I appreciate their willingness to bend a bit to get us to a deal. I also appreciate & respect the fact they held their own ground in the end. I initially visited the dealer to test drive on a Monday & met with both of them. I went back with my wife on Friday to drive again & possibly put a deal together. In my back & forth with Dean & Roger, my wife at one point leaned over and asked me if I had known these guys from the past. She thought this as we had built a good rapport together & they made us feel like friends , vs. "car dealers".
