I'm very sorry for your experience. Our phones have been a constant source of frustration for us as when we get busy, they haven't always rolled right to someone to answer promptly. We are aware and are currently trying to make it better so I know your frustration there. Same thing with surveys, I know people get surveys for everything these days. It is the only way we can improve though so again, I'm sorry for that. Now I have no idea how you got no receipt or a copy of what was done. That is something that we try and I thought succeeded at doing 100% of the time. If you call in to 952-943-9000 and ask for my Service Manager (John Gorence) or my Service Director (Julie Hanson), explain to them what happened and we will get you copies of anything you want.
