Came the service dept early the morning of my return. The service lanes were virtually devoid of customers and there were at least three service attendants there doing something on their computers and such when I came in. Came in all the way to the front of the line and stopped. Got out and waited for an acknowledgement of my presence. Waited 15 to 20 minutes before a gentleman not even directly connected to providing support got the attention of a service attendant to help me. Once that was taken care of the repair was handled quickly and effortlessly on my part. The start of the process was my only complaint and if there hadn’t been another vehicle blocking the entrance I would have left and found another Ford dealer More
