Service started but wasn’t asked. It was brought to my attention that I need a new Cab filter. Asked what that was for and wanted to see where it was located. To my surprise it was tak It was brought to my attention that I need a new Cab filter. Asked what that was for and wanted to see where it was located. To my surprise it was taken out. My comment was oh, you started it. How much is this? He said they would wave my oil change ( note it was a fre one already), and my tire rotation. Personally don’t appreciate with being started prior to asking. Don’t care if it’s part of the mileage maintenance check. Facts are if I would’ve said no. It’s about upselling. I really wish I could just come into Metropolitan Ford and do a survey with no comments. More
