Mike provided all what I needed to decide to buy a Subaru and helped me to do an informed decision about what would be the best car for me according to my budget. We tested several cars and finally I bought an Impreza. Along this couple of hours process Mike was very helpful. He indicated several options for me to pick up the car and explained all the steps that are required when buying a new car (insurance, registration, plates, etc.). It took me a couple of days to get an insurance. However, during those days, Mike was always reachable over the phone and by email. I consider me lucky because he was the first person that I found at the dealer. He transformed what might be a potential stressful decision for me into a delightful experience. If I need to know more about some of the characteristics of my car I will certainly contact him. More

We test drove a few cars and never felt pressured. At the finance department we were walked through our options and the rep Ron was patient and made sure we knew all our options. The car was delivered to us on time and in pristine condition. We are very happy with the service we got and the process of buying our new car. We definitely will visit a metrowest Subaru again in the future! More

New Impreza Hatchback I went to Metrowest Subaru after seeing their inventory on their website, and requesting info from their internet sales department. I Had an email exchange with Nick B, asking him specific questions about related fees, etc. when purchasing a vehicle. He was very thorough, and always got back to me promptly. We went to the dealership, and I met with Jeff Berman, who was a terrific sales associate. No pressure, willing to answer all questions, and communicating in a very honest fashion. We went for a test drive, and we’re very pleased with the Impreza hatchback that we drove. Rob, the finance wrap, went over the details of leasing versus buying, and though at first we opted to lease (after some consideration) we opted to buy instead. They made the process easy, and I was very happy working with Jeff. He’s a good sales rep, and was very helpful—I also appreciated the work of the Internet sales department Who’s help via email convinced me to use this dealership to begin with. More

A Complete Nightmare After my interactions with the staff (Alex, Jeff, Josh, Robert) at this location, this is a local business I can not support in good conscience. Alex After my interactions with the staff (Alex, Jeff, Josh, Robert) at this location, this is a local business I can not support in good conscience. Alex was deceptive, condescending, and ultimately snide and disrespectful to work with, the end leading to me walking away from a 2018 Legacy 3.6R with 0% APR. I'd gladly pay more anywhere else. After bringing the treatment I received to the attention of "one of the managers" Robert (I asked to speak with the sales manager, Alex informed me that he was my manager, then after asking Robert if he was the sales manager he told me that he was "one of the managers"), he made it clear in no uncertain terms that this is how dealerships operate, in his experience. I opted to go with my second choice (not a Subaru) after that interaction, to which he responded "I'll keep my car too!" Horrendous service, that ultimately turned me off to owning a Subaru altogether. If you want a team to treat you like you've never bought a car before, and they're doing you a favor by selling you a Subaru, then this is the right place for you. I've had night and day better experiences in car buying, and rather than tie myself to a deal I'm bitter about for years to come, I'd rather take my financing elsewhere. My one interaction with Ron who identified himself as the business manager, was great. Too bad he's not on the front lines. Jeff, although far too busy to answer any questions, was fine to work with as well. More
