Outstanding Experience This is my second experience at MetroWest Subaru. My experience this time was even better than my first if that was possible. Tyler was excellent and the sales manager Jeff, with whom I spoke on the phone to initiate my interest at the end of the lease was outstanding also. I don’t like to spend a lot of time on this I just know what I want and I want to get to my deal as efficiently as possible. All that happened and more. From the appointment to look at the car that I wanted, to the negotiation for what my needs were, to the financial review and finalizing the deal, it was all outstanding. Tyler greeted me for my appointment, had everything ready for me and answered all my questions completely and concisely. I love Subaru and I love my experiences at MetroWest Subaru and I want to particularly thank Tyler and the team for their approach. When I went to take my car ians Tyler is going over everything, my power cord for my cell phone to initiate CarPlay did not work. Tyler saw how stressed I was about navigation and just gave me his cord. Just take care of what the customer needs! Great experience great place to buy a car. More

Made a quick deal but never got the promised car. I made a quick purchase and put in my deposit on the same day I stopped by. They promised to get the vehicle ready in 7 to 10 days. Each week I have to check in with them and the answer is always not sure. About 6-8 phone calls and emails, 20 days passed, they still don't have a clue when the car is ready. The manager, Jeff Ricard, who was supposed to call me to figure out a solution, ended up sending me an email with another notice: "I will let you know when your car is ready". After I replied, the solution they offered was to cancel the transaction, after putting the deposit for 3 weeks. It is a completed waste of time and energy doing business with this team. They only keep looking for excuses for themselves and never thinking from a customer's perspective. As a person with a little baby, we needed the car for traveling. We have been waiting forever and ended up wasting time and money on this untrustworthy dealership. More

Lease scam and dishonest behavior I agreed on a price via email. When I went to lease the car the dealership tried to mark up the price by $8k above the MSRP on the lease contract!
