Scammed of 8k by Jeff R., Mike C. and John K. This dealer isn't even worth one star... John Kent, Jeff Richard and Mike Cerquiera scammed me of 8k. They all lied to me about the price of a car in This dealer isn't even worth one star... John Kent, Jeff Richard and Mike Cerquiera scammed me of 8k. They all lied to me about the price of a car in which we had agreed upon and they convinced me to put down 12K on a lease and come to find out they were going to charge me 8k more and 5k more on the ticketed price of the car!!! I spoke with my father about this because after doing the paper work something didn't seem right, and my father was concerned so he went to speak with them. Jeff Richard told him that I was in fact charged the price in which we agreed upon and he explained to my father its a rare car and I wanted it so the deal is done. Well my father pointed out that the paperwork did not in fact state the agreed upon price, but in proof it stated they were charging me 8k more after requesting 12k down on a lease. At that time I was told I still had time to cancel if I really wanted to. I canceled the deal and got my check back. I'm now the proud owner of the exact SUV I wanted and I didn't have to put any money down and i'm only paying 128 more a month, and not only did I get a great deal but I worked with honest people who I will recommend to all my friends and family. METROWEST SUBARU I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING THERE. More

I never leave reviews but I felt I should leave one so others like myself aren’t taken advantage of. I was lied to about the overall purchase of the car and tricked me into paying 10,000 more than what the car is worth.. Mike gave me a price that I felt comfortable with to lease, they still asked for my 10,000 down payment which I was only planning to use if I bought the car not lease the car. Come to find out after leaving the dealership and reviewing documents with my financial advisor and a retired sales manager they both confirmed I was lied too and taken clear advantage of. A 36,000 car had an agreed price of 34,000 and they said if I lease with the down payment of 12,500 then I could have low car payment of 250. I trusted them (yeah I know now don’t trust cars salesman), but then I noticed the paperwork... on the documents the price stated 39,900 and at the end of it all the overall payments would equal 42,000. They were rude when they were caught lying to me, and I was very disappointed because I thought mike and John were nice to deal with and I thought I could trust them. I was wrong. I’ve been in contact with other Subaru dealerships and so far that same exact car and trim I could get for no more than 30,000 with little money down and similar payment but to OWN not lease. When I explained the situation to each of them two of three finance mangers I spoke with said “so your payments should be what like 50 a month? On a 10,000 mile year lease with that much money down” when I replied with no it’s 290 a month after maintenance fees and If I want to buy the car at the end then I would still have to buy it for 20,000. That didn’t make sense to me and after speaking with more Subaru finance members and sales consultants i felt I needed to make a review on this dealer. I’m just one person, I’m sure others have had good experiences but maybe it was because I was single female with good finances? I don’t know but please be careful if you’re going to this dealer and especially if you’re going to deal with Mike and John. More

Extended family have loved their Subaru's for a long time, decided it was likely a Forrester or Outback was for us. Took my wife to test drive them in August, Marc S. spent two hours with us on a hot friday afternoon. I did some online inventory research and found some local Outbacks that met our needs, options, trim line and color etc. received quotes from several dealers and presented all to Marc. They had a swap car that was similar and we agreed on a price, all was reasonably straightforward, minimal typical new car bad experience (e.g. pressure, being treated like an idiot, etc.) 2 weeks into the new car my wife and I like it alot. thank you Marc. My new 2019 one is even better with an improved backup camera, better audio controls and more accurate nav system (although the recorded voice speaks slowly). The dealership: I was so happy with the service over the last three years that when my lease was nearly done, I returned to this dealership to get another Outback...even though I have a dealer only 6.8 miles from my house; yes, I drive 53.6 miles roundtrip to MetroWest; they are that good. Everyone I've encountered has been courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Finally, Marc Soloway, my salesman for this new car was great. He was polite, informative, thorough, knew the car completely, and didn't play the silly games other car salesmen have tried to play over the 50 years I've owned cars. Just as I was about to drive away with my new car, he even noticed my toll transponder on my old car; removed it and installed it in my new car, saving me lots of time and miles to retrieve it or get a new one. More
