Yesterday I brought my Subaru in for an oil change and to have them change the bulb on my drivers side rear. When I pulled out onto RT 9, I put on the directional to change lanes and it didn't work. I was told I needed the service advisor who I had the day before. It took a couple of minutes to find it. She then told me he wasn't answering the phone. I asked for the Service Manager and was told he wasn't answering his phone. She said she would have someone call me back. I tried the chat on the web site but when I said they were making me not want to do business again, he stopped communicating with me. I just threw my book for the new Solterra in the trash and will continue my search elsewhere. More

He is one of the salespeople that you want on your side who believes in building relationships and listening to the customer's needs and objections rather than pushing the sale (like the Kia dealership did). The only thing I wish we went into more detail was about the lease. I hadn't realized how much I drive and should have gone with the 12,000/mile a year for three years rather than 10,000/miles a year for three years. More
