Metrowest Subaru has been my go to dealership for all Subaru needs. We've been loyal customers for over 17 years and there's a reason why. Their sales team, especially Sam Mayer, has been phenomenal in finding the right cars for us over the years. Sam went from a stranger who's selling us a car and became a very good friend over the years. He is very communicative and down to earth. Even on his days off, he would make sure we are updated on our purchases and even came in to make sure we can pick up our vehicle during times that are convenience for us even if it inconvenience him. Metrowest Subaru's service team has always provided quick and thorough services to maintain my vehicles. They are transparent with their work and recommendations with work that needs to be done. With an amazing sales team and a tremendous service team, they have always made sure I'm happy with their work from the day I pick up my vehicles to the years after to ensure the vehicle runs as if it was the day I first got it. They've earned a lifelong customer and an ambassador that have and will always refer friends and families to them for Subaru needs. More

I bought my first Subaru in March and I am delighted. I knew that the Forester comes in a silver color, which is the color that I wanted. Rafael Wong, our sales consultant, searched for a similar Forester I knew that the Forester comes in a silver color, which is the color that I wanted. Rafael Wong, our sales consultant, searched for a similar Forester in a different color and we did a test drive. He patiently explained how to use the icons on screen and answered all my questions.
