First Service with Maintenance Plan I arrived early in the morning. I do appreciate the ease of booking appointments online. I had submitted a question in the online appointment note are I arrived early in the morning. I do appreciate the ease of booking appointments online. I had submitted a question in the online appointment note area, which asked what services are covered under the pre-paid ethos service plan. I was never contacted or received any response when I arrived for my service. I met with both service advisers and told them I had the ethos pre-paid plan. Both told assured me it would be taken care of. I went to the waiting area while the service was being performed. After the service was completed, the service adviser came to get me and explained the charges. I noticed it was higher than anticipated. (~$750) I was about to hand him my credit card, when I asked if the Ethos service package was applied. After some checking, he said it was not applied and that he would have to update the charges. Afterwards the bill ended up being ~$550. At no time between my submitted appointment till the completion of service, did anyone explain my question of "I have the 3 yr maintenance plan. Is service for code B123 covered fully under this plan?" I clearly wanted to know what would be my end fee prior to allow the services to be performed. This is simple business process that needs to be followed. More
