our first service appointment at HCA Windshield wipers are in worse condition. Both now have uneven smears which impairs vision. Windshield seal with loose rubber above driver side and ho Windshield wipers are in worse condition. Both now have uneven smears which impairs vision. Windshield seal with loose rubber above driver side and hood scratches not evaluated. We asked service to advise us on both issues and got no feedback on what to do to repair. Oil was changed which was fine. May try another dealer for service. Thank you. More

Saved money having dealer service my AC My 2011 Acura RDX AC failed at 90,000 miles. Took it in to the dealer. I was originally written up for the standard AC recharge & inspection charge. U My 2011 Acura RDX AC failed at 90,000 miles. Took it in to the dealer. I was originally written up for the standard AC recharge & inspection charge. Upon inspection, the dealer found the clutch had failed and the failure was covered under my extended 7 year 100K miles warranty. So the dealer gave me a loaner car since the fix was going to take more time than I could wait and texted me when it was ready. The dealer replaced the AC clutch, did the recharge, reinspected the system and removed the standard charge. My bill was $0.00. I wasn't even thinking about warranty repairs. I just wanted someone who knows Acuras inside out to do the work. Had I gone to a local shop to "save money" this would have easily cost $500 to fix and no loaner car. More

In one hour , my problem was solved and my car was ready, all washed and vacuumed.. I was also given a heads up about a potential problem with my exhaust system and told of a range of options to think about. In my experience this thorough check up every time I bring in my car has allowed me to keep my car going in excellent shape for almost thirteen years. More
