Unacceptable I have had my car serviced at Herb Connolly for 10 years. When I was in an accident, I chose to use their body shop. The work took a long time, ulti I have had my car serviced at Herb Connolly for 10 years. When I was in an accident, I chose to use their body shop. The work took a long time, ultimately cost more than the value of the car. When I finally went to pick up the car the paint job was terrible, the radio no longer worked and the airbag warning light kept coming on. The claims adjuster agreed that it was unacceptable. I brought it back again, it was no better and they said the radio no longer working was just coincidental. At this point, Herb Connolly had been paid about $10,000 for repairs. Again, the claims adjuster spoke with them to correct it. I use my car for work every day and also travel. I hadn't brought the car back yet - my bad, but the next thing I know, I have a demand letter for $914. I wasn't going to make this final payment until the car was satisfactorily repaired. They didn't call me, no warning letter - just sent it to a collection agency. So much for a 10-year relationship and customer satisfaction! I cannot recommend doing business with this dealership. More
battery and deep freeze On Saturday of New Year's weekend, my "replace battery" warning light came on. I made it home and did not drive my car until Tuesday--it started and On Saturday of New Year's weekend, my "replace battery" warning light came on. I made it home and did not drive my car until Tuesday--it started and I drove directly to Herb Connolly, my dealer and service destination. The battery was replaced within the hour and I am now comfortably driving in the (still) deep freeze. Many thanks to al the service/repair/maintenance staff! More

Battery was dead Every time I go in, I am treated very well. Jake usually helps me and I think he is outstanding. He takes ownership of the situation and your appointment, communicates proactively to keep me updated and shares his advice in a very factual way. He is a big asset to the company. I had to run in for a dead battery and Kevin helped me and got me out quickly with great service. The mechanic Paul stayed to make sure the battery properly cooled down and went over some tips for car care that he didn’t need to. Overall, another terrific experience. Sincere thanks to Paul, Kevin and Jake for always making me feel very welcomed and appreciated. More

After completing the job, it wasn't tested to see if it would work. I had to ask them to check it, and found that it didn't work. Therefore, the vehicle had to be pulled back into the bay which made for a very grumpy technician. The job wasn't completed and I found scratches. Very disappointed. More

Their attention to detail and professionalism really stands out. Jacob Clew, who I was randomly assigned on my initial visit really made me feel at ease and didn't at all feel like I was being 'taking for a ride' as some may feel at other dealership service centers. He's my go to guy now that I have any issues with my Acura RDX. Kudos to him for taking the time to build a relationship with the customer through honest and attentive customer service. More

Was met by a super professional and friendly representative (forgot his name but he deserves recognition) and was amazed when I got my car back. I brought my own Weather Tek mats that they placed in my MDX for me. Car was like new. Great detail job. Very happy with this place and you should know that every visit is like this. You are all doing a great job. And.....this is coming from someone who used to go to Lexus in Sharon. You are on par with them......if not a bit friendlier : ) More
